As a rule, this website can be used without providing personal data. Where personal data is collected on this website, this is always done on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.

The processing of personal data on this website is based on the statutory provisions of the GDPR. The legal bases considered in particular are:

This website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Each time this website is accessed, information is automatically stored in server log files that the browser transmits automatically:

  • IP address of the requesting computer
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file
  • Website from which the access originates (referrer URL)
  • Browser and operating system used
  • Volume of data transferred

This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technical operation of this website and the detection and defence against attacks. Log data is deleted after a maximum of 7 days.

4. Contact Form and Email Contact

If you use the contact form on this website or contact us by email, the data submitted, including the contact details provided, will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry. I will not pass this data on without your consent.

The processing of data entered in the contact form is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided the enquiry is related to the initiation or performance of a contract. In all other cases, processing is based on my legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries received (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

The data entered in the contact form will remain with me until you request deletion, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

5. Cookies and Storage Technologies

This website uses technically necessary cookies and local storage technologies (localStorage), which are required for proper operation and cannot be disabled. In addition - only with your consent - analytics cookies are used (see section 5b).

The legal basis for technically necessary cookies and local storage technologies is § 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG (formerly TTDSG) in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. 5a. Appointment Booking (Cal.com)

On the contact page, I offer the option to book an appointment. For this purpose, a booking widget from Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA) may optionally be embedded. When the widget is loaded, a connection to Cal.com servers is established, and your IP address is transmitted to Cal.com.

The widget is only loaded when you actively visit the contact page. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent). 5b. Web Analytics with Google Analytics 4

This website uses - only with your consent - Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse the use of the website and improve it. The information generated (including truncated IP address, pages visited, time spent, approximate location) is transmitted to Google servers and stored there.

Processing is based exclusively on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. As long as no consent is given, no analytics cookies are set (Google Consent Mode v2).

Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; additionally, EU Standard Contractual Clauses are in place. Further information on data protection at Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

6. SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser address bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the padlock symbol in your browser bar.

When SSL/TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to me cannot be read by third parties.

You have the following rights with regard to the personal data concerning you:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to obtain information about the personal data I hold about you.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored with me, provided no statutory retention obligation applies.
